Yukon SL1 allows the automatic filling of chemical powder fire extinguishers up to 12-kg capacity. The system works by generating a vacuum in the fire extinguishers to be filled, reaching the required weight by means of the adjustment of two variables, load time and vacuum value applied.
For the load process you should place the fire extinguisher on the base. The fire extinguisher will remain in this position thanks to permanent magnets adjustable according to the diameter and height; afterwards the load process is started by pressing the Start (marcha) switches.
The head cleaning and maintenance are quite simple due to its design. This system guarantees a quick and precise filling of the fire extinguishers in an environment free of dust, thus increasing productivity.
