Vacuum charge system, controlling the charge net weight by the difference between the initial and final weight of the powder supplier source.
A quick and precise filling of the extinguishers is possible with this system, also achieving the absence of powder in the work atmosphere.
Charge times range between 20 to 75 seconds, depending on the container’s size and the type of powder used.
Maintenance: it only requires a daily cleaning of the filter. It does not require any electrical installation and it only needs to be connected to a air pressure line of 6 kgf/cm2. Thanks to its polyurethane conic adapter it can be used in containers with any type of thread.
